1. Data controller
UAB „Bitosis“ (the Company) is the controller of the personal data it processes and ensures that the data is processed in line with the data protection requirements that apply to controllers.

2. Exercising your rights
You have the right to be informed about the processing of your data, to access it, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing and to withdraw a consent you gave at any time.
You can contact us orally or in writing, by email at info@bitosis.net. We reply within 1 month.
If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
3. Purposes of processing
- Concluding and performing service contracts (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Legal obligations – invoicing and accounting (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Debt management (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Direct marketing – with your consent or based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).
- Running competitions.
- The order form on the website (name, email, phone, installation address, chosen plan) – to contact you about your order; legal basis: your consent and steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). If a contract is concluded, the request data is kept as contract data; otherwise it is deleted within 6 months.

4. Data processed and retention
We process your name, surname, address, phone number, email address, contract and payment data and the technical data required to provide the service.
Contract data is kept for the term of the contract and 6 months after it ends. For archiving, data is kept for the periods set by law (e.g. contracts – 10 years).
5. Disclosure of personal data
We may disclose data to:
- debt collection agencies;
- payment institutions and payment partners (banks, Perlas terminal, Maxima and post office operators) when you pay through them;
- our newsletter service provider (MailerLite);
- Google Ireland Limited – for website analytics and marketing, only with your consent;
- auditors;
- public authorities where required by law.
6. Phone calls
Incoming and outgoing calls are recorded to ensure quality service. The legal basis is your consent, given by continuing the call. Recordings are kept for 2 to 10 years, depending on their purpose.
