How much does fibre internet cost?
Fibre internet costs from €6 per month with a 24-month contract (MINI, up to 100 Mbps). MEDI (up to 300 Mbps) costs €9 and MAXI (up to 700 Mbps) costs €13 per month.
Can I get internet without a contract?
Yes. Without a contract MINI costs €11, MEDI €14 and MAXI €18 per month. With a contract of 24 months or longer the monthly price is lower.
How much do installation and activation cost?
With a 24-month contract installation costs €0 (materials included) and activation €10. Without a contract installation costs €30 and activation €30.
Where do you provide internet?
We provide fibre and wireless internet in Naujoji Vilnia (Vilnius). MEDI and MAXI are available where technically possible – call (0-656) 30881 to check a specific address.
Do I need to buy a WiFi router?
No. You can rent a WiFi router for €2.99 per month.
Can the plan price change?
No. The plan price stays the same for the whole plan, including contract renewals.
Can I suspend the service temporarily?
Yes. You can suspend the service free of charge for up to 2 months a year, and the contract term is extended by that period.
How can I pay for the internet?
The fastest way is the self-service portal mano.bitosis.net: in the Payment section, through your bank. You can also pay by bank transfer, or at Perlas terminals, Maxima checkouts and post offices using our payment card.
When can I contact you?
Call (0-656) 30881 Monday to Friday 8:00–20:00 and on Saturdays 9:00–20:00. We are closed on Sundays.
